Can I cancel?

Any time, from Manage subscription. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.

What is a Trip Pass?

Everything Creator has, for fourteen days from the moment you buy it, with its own reels that do not reset on the 1st. When it ends your account goes back to the plan it was on.

Do unused reels roll over?

Plan allowances reset on the first of each calendar month, including annual plans. That is what keeps the price flat instead of scaling with a backlog. Reels from a pack never expire, and are only used once the month's allowance is gone.

What is a “generated transition”?

A short AI-generated bridge between two shots. Availability is shown in each plan’s feature list. When generation is unavailable, edits use footage-based preset transitions.

Who takes the payment?
