Can I cancel?

Any time, from Manage subscription. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Do unused reels roll over?

No, allowances reset each billing period. That is what keeps the price flat instead of scaling with a backlog.

What is a “generated transition”?

A short piece of video invented between two of your shots so one flows into the other. Each one costs us real money to make, which is why they are counted rather than unlimited.

Who takes the payment?
